Hello. Is it possible to have something like a label to show through up or down arrows or so, what the other timeframes candles look like? I mean if I trade 1M is there anything I can use to see what's happening on the other timeframes like 5M, 15M 1H, 4H and Daily, without looking at other tabs? I'm not speaking about trends and MA to be used, just pure and simple candles: if they're up or down. I would be immensely grateful if someone could help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi! Here's a 1M and 5M indicator I recently wrote that will show the current 1M on the line graph and the 5M on the histogram. This was an abstract modification from smjones excellent coding, and with his permission I will leave it available for all to use.

I have found that multiple ( all ) timeframes on one indicator sounds great, but visually it can quickly become very confusing. Histograms combined with color shading helps, but there are still drawing and visibility issues.

Your indi is ok but I would need something more. I was actually thinking about something like what you see in the pic. That displays the trend of some MAs on different timeframes. I was hoping it could be possible to design something appearing like that. I'm attaching that indicator if you think it could be any use and you can be bothered modifying it. I wish I could code it myself...
I would really appreciate if you could do it for me. Thank you anyway.

Hi! Updated my previous indicator ( shown above) to display four timeframes, you can turn each line period on or off and set the display range and currency pair.

White is 1m candles, Lime is 5M candles, SeaGreen is 15M candles and the Green Histogram is 30M candles.

This indi displays historic candle price only and is not based on averages or any other formulas.

The files listed above appear to be working properly. Note each indicator has its own files listed below each picture. Regards, David.

I'm probably missing something, sorry
I didn't change any settings (which are only 2 as in the pic) but I only get to see the histogram and one line coloured in Lime. The other 2 lines (White and MediumSeaGreen ) don't appear. What am I doing wrong?

Your picture is from the first indicator Multi115 which only shows 2 timeframes, the files for this one are in post 2 above.

The second indicator with 4 timeframes Multi301 and its' files are in post 4 above.

Updated Version Multi301 Version 2b. Custom Indicator.

Works in tandem with all of my speech enabled indicators.
Displays the currency pair description.
Cycles through user definable currency pairs at user selectable rates.
Any time frame can be turned on or off.
Speech can be turned on or off.

The yellow highlighting of the price is activated when a lower timeframe price is greater than the next higher timeframe, which also then activates the speech. "Chart Position"

The displayed prices are candle zero open for 1M,5M,15M and 30M.
If you use a large time frame then increase the display range setting.

Sounds go in the <Your Broker>/sounds directory.

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, samueli. Thank you too, David, for all your efforts. I just find the indi provided by samueli more visual.
I would have liked an option to shift its position to one of the 4 corners. I see I can displace it by adjusting the 'side by side' and 'up and down' option, but if I change the size of the chart it doesn't keep the relative position. Anyway, it's fine enough.

i RECENTLY SAW A CHART PIC POSTED BY A TRADER HERE WHERE HE WOULD HAVE THE 5 MINUTE CANDLES AND IN THE BACKGROUND WAS LIKE A SHADOW CANDLE OF THE 1 HOUR TIMEFRAME.

here it is - If you want the candles to be in the background instead of covering some of the bars just change the BG to true
