This seems like an interesting thread, but I was just wondering, how would one go about learning this system? At 8000+ pages, I'm afraid one lifetime is not enough for me to read it all.

Ok...help me out a bit here.

When it comes to the rate cut.....is it a "sure thing" and if so has that not already been factored into the current price and therefore we should not really see any major price moves?

What are the possible scenarios between now and the announcement and then the few hours following the announcement??

I would think all of this is already priced in over the last several days.
