Do you know for any source where is possible to get 1h actual data for majors for free ?

What do you mean by "actual"? Is'nt live data "actual"?

Sorry, maybe I need to clarify a bit - I am building web site with various types of charts. I need data source for my charts. I could download data manually, and bind them, but I cant do that every hour. If there exist some kind of data which is updated automatically (for example XML data feed) then it will be good solution for me.

This exports ticks in .csv format to a specific folder in metatrader.

Thank you, but it is not what I need. Server on which I have to install my portal is remote server which does not have MT4 installed. So i have to find different solution. I was thinking maybe to make some kid of web robot to get prices from some site regularly but if there exist another , easier solution it will be better.
