ouch 555... I don't think you are alone though. I'd never be so brave as to leave any trade open without a stoploss. ANYTIME, especially in this market...

Didn't orion say like... umm long at 153ish tp 160+ish stoploss margin call?

I dunno.. all I know is you aren't alone.. even though it hurts.

Same here man! The only Diff is that this is demo cos i blew my account few weeks ago....

Set an Order long at 150, then was having a cup of Tea and then just watched it tank and get margin call, I tried to close but the requotes....

Well that tought me another lesson, dont overleverage....

Sorry, but it happens - I lost $25 k when I went bottom picking (lost it in 2 days) .. gained it all back slowly.. and made much more. Remember this as a lesson.. don't take the loss to heart.. and don't spend sleepless nights over it. Trust me, don't take it to heart!

When global markets are panicking.. PLEASE do not try and go long unless you have absolute information that something is going to happen. Sell rallies in a down market.. buy pullbacks in a up market - basic but works. I know, it's very tempting to go long on such a drop and think we'll make 500% returns.. good luck bro, don't give up

Imagine if they don't interven... and then in the morning they wake up and pound yen is at 0.37.... hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!

Man we need to get jobs at the BOE... knowing when they are going to step in is definitely good for a few good longs!!!

they can break your bank account. but dont let anyone break your SPIRIT. TRADING SPIRIT. thats my advice. i have been there done that. now i trade with S/L even if it is far off please have one. then move it to Break even and then trail it or move it to take profit.

blown 5 brokerage account my friend. but now i have learnt. i have spoken to successful traders, and they have something in common. some of them anyway. they all blew their accounts at some point

so dont give up. go back to learning and trading small amounts with good MM.
