The basket is going sideways with a slight retracement upward on 5 min BasketIndi.
And Buys and Sell all mixed but this basket was opened just few hours ago.
I am just switching from Original to universal , lol. Will open a fresh one beginning of next week.
Is is the beginning of a trend reversal or just a retracement ??

I have been trying out your system with a small twist. When there is a buy signal for eg I know we must go long all 14 currencies. I have been "legging in" with some very good result. I wish there was an EA or Script just to buy
"the longs" and vice versa. Do you know whether there exists one. It will make it quite easy to test this strategy.

Ibfx Mini and also demo Alpari standard account. Results have been astounding!!!

Here is the two scripts for ordering long and another for short. This scripts are intended for IBFX mini account (Symbol has an "m" ex. "GBPUSDm" can also be use for alpari but you have to removed the "m" on the symbol then recompile it in a different file name as use it for alpari or any platform std platform for that matter.

Hi T101, I'm noticing that buysellbasket indi is a serious lagger. Earlier, I had red lines well above 350, yet orest 1hr & 4hr both said strong long as well as there was a noteable cross up on eur/jpy 5m and basket indi. That sucks. I'm seeing that many have traded in buysellbasket for profitcalc indi. Is that what is going on? Profitcalc is much faster and more reliable than buysellbasket indi?

Kris, most of what you need is either in the Original Thread or in Orest's thread. Here's the list of attachment's that's from the original. The EA/Scripts that you're looking for are there. You'll always find the files from a thread by looking at the "paperclip" at the top of the thread page, upper right hand corner. The paperclip is your friend. You can see when it was attached, Date & time and then search for that particular post to see if there were more comments that accompanied its attachment.

I could easily attach the files here but I don't wish to confuse others who might wonder which version it is. It's best to get it from the origin.

Opps, i love all indicators made for this system, some by myself, some by RR other by smj, others by others. I could not really say anything about indicators not done my myself, you have to direct the question to the author. Are u sure you are using it the way the author intended?? Also because of the abundance of indic you have to carefully choose one that fits your trading style. If you ask me i will choose mine, the ProfitCalc, & the Basket Indicator. Others will choose thier own too. So are you guys choose your wild but please do not criticize the indicator publicly that will make the author sad you know and to think he donates his time for free to make this one for you. I suggest you PM the author and constructively criticize the work and give him time to respond. My 2 cents

yeah you are right Dee,
i should have scream at ESTrader for being lazy to find it. I think he is lucky today after making 4000 pips make my mood lighter today. But please dont do that again Kris, you see people are noticing me.. You make me look bad...LOL

Yes, you're right Julius, I didn't even realize that I would be criticizing the indi author by my post. I've actually been quite pleased with buysellbasket, I just got a weird reading this morning that made me a little nervous since I'm trying to make this system perfect before trying it live. my pc just crashed and my 'closeall trades" script doesn't seem to work anymore even after downloading a new one from the previous thread i got it from.

will someone be kind enough to send one to me?

Hello
I have read 65 pages of main thread and i'm amazed with this system. I'm studding econometrics and statistics and I've been trying to spot some corelations and volatility at the market. Baskets created by trader101 are great. Currencies inside them sometimes are uncorrelated or even oposite corelated and still this setup of 7+7 works! This is the adventage of experience rather that simple calculations.

After reading half of the thread i've been able to predict the curent long movement much faster than the ProfitCalc. It proved me that i finnaly I understood heart of this system.

Since today i'll be trying (as my university research) to build perfectly -1 corelated baskets. I'll test currencies with MGARCH process and prove it's existence. After that, pure APT strategy will be able to use. If above setup exists it would be true brakethrough in forex trading especially for hedge funds and big companies. It'll take probably few months but if'll success, the outcome can is unbelievable.

I'll try to post regulary from now at this thread and cooperate with you guys and also share my results. It's possible that i'll have to build huge baskets (maybe 15+15) to elliminate variation and changes in standard deviation to receive 95% p-value, and that's scary amount of calculations..

Anyway thanks for huge work trader101. It's what i was looking for a long time. It fully meets my expectations about any kind of market traiding.
