Hey, which are some helpful steps I should take before getting started?

Hi. I post a lot of articles on .pdf here to give the little guys --
or should I say, the other little guys -- a break. Some of these
are about money management and some are about trading
strategies and technical analysis.

The only book I've read is "Getting Started In Currency Trading."

Here are some on general money management.

After, I got my demo account from Tradeview. I´m still using it, cause the best part is practice everything u read once. After that you can start your strategies or follow your plans whatever you want to do. [/font]

Just concentrate on money management and damage limitation. Preserving your bank is the number one priority, making money comes second.

Don't waste too much time practising because until you use real money it won't mean jack. Start small with a micro account and look at the overall picture.

One more thing. Ready everything on www.babypips.com. You shouldn't even open a demo account before reading everything on there.

Thanks for all the help...hey I’m trying to open an mt4 demo account I’ve been checking out all the brokers I know of like IBFX, Alpari, Tradeview and ODL do any of you know about these brokers??

I would try to find a broker that offers 1:500 leverage that way if you are starting up with little capital you can withstand some drawdowns. I know FXPro does this and min account is $100 USD for open

Mario I opened a mt4 demo account in tradeview .when I first started this was the most highly recommended broker by a lot of people so you should try it and let me know how that goes ….good luck

One of these articles mentions "stop-loss hunting" and describes it
in depth. It means in moments of low liquidity that a "market maker",
i.e. a pit trader with an agenda, can sabotage your trades by
driving the price down/up and stopping you out.
