Back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in Nevada for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it.

They failed and it closed.

Now we are trusting the economy to the same pack of nit-wits who couldn't make money running a whore house and selling booze?
In trading, there is no bullshit. You either make money or you don't.

Funny, but scary at the same time. I've come to the conclusion that politicians are the lowest form of life. Cockroaches are more useful.

I think it's a toss up.

Cockroaches are tasty and nutritious when properly prepared but it requires hundreds to make a decent meal. Fortunately, in this context at least, they're abundant and prolific breeders.

By contrast, one fat politician (if you can get past the stench) would feed a family of four for weeks but the taste is foul and the quality of the protein is poor. So poor in fact you'd eventually die of malnutrition if fed a steady diet of politician. They're also relatively scarce and difficult to trap. They prefer darkness and tend to scatter in all directions when the lights are turned on.

I wished I had been there. I could then claim that I had literally been f@*ked by the government.

So I suppose that civil servants really do f@*k around all the time...

Now that is scary. Those things practically run themselves. I bet the people running it (politicians) were the regulars and got everything on the house, which is why it failed. I remember the mustang ranch
But what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
