direction is evident, patience it key. . just need to follow the trend which is bearish, as I see the bottom has not been reached yet as evident on the monthly chart. . . wave 3 can not be the shortest wave but is never the longest wave which leaves wave 5. . . Wave 3 has decline 4,900 pips so wave 5 reached 4,900 pips in a decline so the question is is it complete or does it have room to move down further??????

Sell in a bear market on evidence of topping of a correction, buy in an uptrend when we see 5 waves up with a 3 wave correction. This is the decision we have to make in counting waves to determine if further upside is warranted. . .

Where do you guys think the gbp/usd is heading from here? I'm kinda neutral with it channeling between 1.70-1.7550 to favoring a downside bias so I SOLD an out of the money call @ 1.755 to expire on the 23rd.

1.67 area or lower after evidence of topping. . . but this is a long-term trade which could be 1wk to 1month. . . but if done correct could pay dividends. . .
