If current 4 h candle closes above last 4 h candle, we
have a high reliable bullish pattern. I will post a chart later.

The downturn in the U.K. has certainly fueled expectations for further rate cuts by the BoE, which could drag on the Sterling going forward. However, in the short term an interest rate cut might boost GBP, but long term growth for the GBP might not look rosy. Any thoughts

If they would just keep their mouth shut and do nothing, market would do much better. They just complicate things. Paulson's stupid mentioning of the "R" word yesterday screwed up a good trading day. Now Bernanke speaks again, better not get emotional again cause nobody is going to hand him a tissue.

Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke is due to speak at 1215ET... the topic will be the economic outlook and financial markets. Look for any hints as to whether the Fed expects to cut rates further to stir up some price action in the USD here.

At 2 p.m., the Fed releases its so-called beige book, a look at the state of the economy compiled by each of the Fed's district banks across the nation.

If DJ rally from the feds, than maybe we are on the way up if this H & S holds.


My long term target is 191.00 area if this rally holds based on 76.8 fibs.
