8-8 is a Friday. If this is a weekend gap of course it messes up the EA. Back tests dont give you live results, just an idea.

I downloaded your "100x125 ver 1.zip"
I believe that there is an error in the file TPL.
In my demo is only the active chart with the colors of blue sell.
You can check please?

I just read the new trading plan PDF and had a quick question regarding trading rule #10.

If I have a $3,000 account trading .02 lots, and my account eventually rises to $6,000 (pulling out frequent profits of course), then why do you advise opening a second $3,000 account rather than just increasing your lot size to .04 on your $6,000 account? Wouldn't the risk be the same?

There are MT4 companies that do not trade pennies but their .01 = 10 cents not 1 penny. Remember when I put in the code .01 it is referring to lots not pennies. If you have a mini account with IBFX it is trading 1 cent if you have a regular account it is trading dimes. Please check and make sure of what you are actually trading.

You are absolutely correct....I trade FXDD and .01 Lots is a Dime. I did already know this and that is the reason I only trade 3 pairs and monitor very closely.... Also still just a demo (maybe live in 2 weeks or so.

You are doubling your account with money but you are increasing your lots exponentially

.04 = .04 .16 .64 2.56 10.24
.01 = .01 .03 .09 .27 .81

That is why all the previous testing with martingale systems failed. They always tried to solve their problems with more money and more levels. They didnt understand exponential math.

One of the philosophies of my system is to trade many currencies small so if one goes bad the others help cover the bad trade.

Ok.market has opened with gaps. Would you open a pair when the gapped price puts it near the pivot line or inside R1/S1. Or would you wait for gaps to fill in more? Thanks

Try this, drag the EA buy to the buy chart and click the box live trading. Then check to see if the smiley face comes on when you turn the EA on. If this solves the problem save the template to buy and put it on your charts again.

You can test the EA in the strategy tester to make sure it is working in your MT4. Its possible it got corrupted in the download. You can try downloading it again.

Also try compiling the program by turning the MT4 off then on again or putting the EA in the meta editor and compiling it there.

Funny thing, CHF/JPY wont update in my live account but it did on my demos. It is not serious because I have one buy and one sell on so they are balancing each other no matter what happens but that is interesting. All my other currencies are operating but not the CHF/JPY. It also has a 37 pip spread right now but you cant buy or sell it.

Actually if I have to only face the death trade once every 4 years. Bring it on baby. We will make a lot of money between them. However, I know that will not be true

LOL wish I had known that! Mine were started at the beginning of the session and have run a lil against me. That's what demos are for right!

No the problem is backtesting doesnt give accurate results. Run an EA live for a month and then backtest the EA on the same month and you will get different results. Been there, done that.

Actually you probably could, it should still work but I am going to wait. Hey I have only tested this over 3 days live.

I am changing the start time on my EA until midnight I think that is 4GMT time.

FYI, Monday is holiday in us and some other countries. I am not trading until Asian session on Tuesday. Also, I think the markets will start calming down now so I am going to stick with the previous Nanningbob system. I do not trade the exotics. Only the majors plus eur/jpy and no aussie pairs.

I would have gotten wiped out....If I traded those 3 at a dime, I see the value of starting with a penny...and working maybe to as high as a dime eventually....Good call.

I was away for 1 week and so much has happened.
Gald to see that a "new" system was created to handle this crazy market.
The system sounds like a very gd idea... although I have not test it yet.
