web site is tenfore, though it will probably go up and down alot over the weekend, so i wouldnt worry too much at the moment.

Hey Everyone,

I was looking @ the charts and found one channel that I was never would looked at.

IMO, GJ just hit the bottom of the weekly channel and will go up.

Also, we have to fill gap @ 198 = 38.2% Fib of (251-166). If upper TL will break GJ will go higher.


Any comments? Thanks.

our dow chart is telling us a story, but after i have read what supported my analysis, worst is behind.

oh, we might be having something interesting on RSI..

With that said, just got this article about the G-7 meetings this week from a service I subscibe to. This is the free version, the paid for version is more extensive, but this one will give you the drift just fine. I'd say "enjoy" but... doesn't fit.

Talking abut collapse of civilization just because the financial system suffers a illness (albeit a serious one) is way overrated, it might be the collapse if the word as we know it for traders but for normal folks it might mean several years of a bit harder life and then it will all go up again.

You think THIS is bad? You know what happened in Russia / CCCP when it collapsed? I know it, I have lived it, I survived it. Yeah, it might be that some of us will have to modify our lifes, perhaps do things some do not like to, perhaps for the first time in many years REALLY work instead of shoving around money without producing anything for SOCIETY. But this is the bill for the "sweet years".

Life goes on and it is beautiful!

i agree, seems we could be running that same pattern structure here, dangerous times we live. Great times coming up for the next LT term cycle positioning, set and forget for many years

i do agree with you that we might see worse things in the longer term, but i was talking about the comming 1-2 weeks, i read an article of FF here's something i liked,

"I'd have to guess that all the people who were going to sell, or liquidate, have, setting U.S. stocks up for some kind of an inventory phase here, where companies with respectable balance sheets and sound business plans can be purchased at nice discounts.".

this doesnt mean that we have reached the bottom yet, but a good correction is due, beside the monthly trend is still up, anyways, what we're witnessing "could" be a possible collapse of capitalism so i dont expect a level to hold

Nice descending broadening formation on the dayly. If we have really bottomed out then the utl will server as a magnet, because market will always come back to a significant line and break it on the 4th touch and as my favourite trader Igrok says in his book: its a "kiss of death".

Lets chill while its weekend and enjoy free time

Fibonacci series works as follows
0 0 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 144 233 377 610 987 1597 2584 4181

where each number is a sum of previous two numbers.

we had a daily trend reversal on daily charts at 197.41 on interbankfx server [this can be different on different brokers]

from 197.41 start substracting the fib numbers to get your target levels.

so now, unless and until we do not see a trend reversal on daily charts here this series remains valid.

following this we have already come down below the 2584 level and are headed towards the 4181 level at 155.60

this will be negated only and only if we see a trend reversal on daily.

Lets see if we get a monthly close below the tl. Also theres a gap to be closed @ 186-186.40 level. Also that dayly bullish pinbar of the ltl is looking good.

with indices down across the board, things do look gloomy at the moment

depending on how London opens we will be able to figure out the true direction.
