Camarilla Equation

I've read about this but it seems that you have to pay to get it?

I think it determines important levels. Does anybody know what the equation is? Maybe indicators that implement it?

Do we have the formula written down somewhere or can we get an Excel macro made for Camarilla ? How are the mid levels used when trading "LL & HH" Everyone uses L3 & 4, H3 & 4 but we have no explaination on how to use the other levels produced. Any direction with this would be most appreciated.

Andersenws and Smjones - Thanks guy's for your help. the files were very helpful. I'm finding that the combination of Pivots with Mid-levels work well with Cam levels. Don't know why, but they have helped me stay in and get out of trades at just the right times. :-)
