188.75 ...
seems to be range 188.70 to 189.20 all afternoon
still not broken
place buy limit at 188.75 , stop 30 pips , take profit `189.15 .. seems to be workng till it doesn't
188.7 to 189.20 ... very nice range , wish the spreads were not so whacked so we could actualy trade it . it has bounced within this range 4 times today
i'm bored, here's a little story.
since a broker's "main" income is spread, wouldn't trade logic say "sell more; gain more"?
so if this applies to retail brokers, then it might only sound logical that they lower the spread so us retail traders can scalp the shit out of the market, and therefore brokers make more money....
high spread in easy markets, and lots of other facts only prove my point; retail brokers PAY you your wins, and GAIN on your loss.
let's try to describe this in easier english for the newbies:
broker: hey lilmoe, what do u think GJ is going to do today??
lilmoe: hmmmm, there's a bullish divergence (bla bla bla), so i think it should go up 200 pips from point X.
broker: hmmm, sounds interesting. wanna bet?
lilmoe: sure!!
broker: ok, how much do u want to put in?
lilmoe: 5 bucks.
broker: cool, here are the rules:
1) i will cover you with 500 dollars for your 5 bucks.
2) you will make (such and such) on each pip.
3) i don't lose, u do, so if the market goes down, i'll deduct from your 5 bucks.
4) if it really goes up like u said, i'll pay ya the same amount per pip.
lilmoe: cool, let's rock!
later on, lilmoe loses
broker: sucker!!! hahahahahah
what a joke. sounds like a casino right? guess what. if my voice right now reaches 100 thousand retail traders, each with a 100k account, and we ALL buy GJ, with 100 lots, that would be 10 million lots right?? here comes the joke, THE MARKET WON'T MOVE AN INCH!!!! NONE of our orders are actually routed to the market.
by the way, each lot is 1k USD (if your account is in USD), 10 million lots = 10 billion USD, if SURE 10 billion can move GJ up 200 pips, if not more.
this is really cool, if brokers are really that honest, let's create a massive trading community where our orders really MOVE the market, just like that einstine dude
