because we think that last fridays 10 min 200 pip spike was caused by traders factoring in the full 700 bil package. anything less will cause jitters in a possible carry return.

Short lived - yes I could not agree with you more!
So why not trade the hype until we cross that bridge?
There will be a lot of panic/short covering in the market in fear that the vote will be a cure all which will drive the crosses up. . . After that we should see some selling go thru which will possibly drive price back down to reality. . .

Just my two cents. . . - Look at UJ go, other crosses soon to follow - Rallies here we come. . .

My point of view at the moment I will wait for London open to see clear direction. What I see today ...weekly price close below weekly pivot.

p/s: Congress agreed for $700B rescue plan. This news will give influence to all USD pair.

If price continues to stay above the DP @ 194.83 I see 196.50 area easily. . .

Good luck all - GJ long looking very good at the minute. . .

The markets looks like they want to rally and the sell-off was just panic selling for the moment.

I am long in a small position, and I think this will go fill the gap this Sunday. I was cautious about filling the gap this week due to it not filling last weekend's gap last week. The week before it filled the gap almosr right away.

Safe trade is wait for a breakout of the consolidation zone 195-197 for a nice profits..

Price is currently trading above the daily gann hi/lo. As long as price is situated above there I look for further upside. . .

I'm looking for a break and close above daily 5sma for further confirmation of my long position. I don't look to short until 200/202 area possibly 205. . .

Short covering is imminent which drive should price thru the roof. . .

As a swing trader as well, you are right..My bias for the week is on the daily candle unless feds intervention..

Price is also sitting above weekly 5sma at the moment which could be poised to challenge weekly gann hi/lo at 202.70 area before heading south, My target is up there but will have to wait for a close above daily 5sma to feel a bit more confident - so far so good - up 100 pips so far with stops at +50 to lock in profits.

I see price heading up until at least 2morrows vote, Market looking for an excuse to rally - what better reason than the wall streets mess. . .

If the UJ breaks the 107 area, I believe GJ can get thru the consolidation zone..195.50 to 197.00
