Here is the 15 min chart, macd is below zero line and hourly is also crossed down. Signal bearish continuation. The red line in the chart is 200 ema, a quite powerful sup/res, thus may stop there

30 min chart , 33 sma .... price is still above it and forming what looks like bull flag ... careful on that short till 1.8500 is broken

If the 15 min chart is right, and the Shapoo formation pattern continue, there has to be a retest on the neckline, this is aprox @ 197.3, then the typical rejection to the downside.

BTW I dont see any inverted H&S, it was an ordinary H&S that eventually ended, its easy to see in 10 min charts.
The market can stay irrational, longer than you can stay solvent.

IMO GJ is going down to 4h 50ema around 192

we already have a candle formed below 4h gann hilo, once the 4h QQE cross down confirms, this beast should head downwards.

A break of 197 and this scenario is invalid.

what lockback you use for tft 4h? because i dont have any candle formed below it yet..
