Ok I see last week got interesting by the end of the week, the Feds came out to play.
Price is currently in a nice bullish channel on the 1h chart, 193.50 area is a good S/R level, 1h 50ema and also the LT of the channel, and 4h gann hilo

If price gets there and starts bouncing a bit, I would take a long definitely and targeting Daily 50ema which is around 199 or so.

But if we get 4h QQE to cross down and a 4h candle closes below 4h gann, I'll go short

Other than that, I stay out

One more thing, Long-term I am bearish (noobs don't read this because malcolmb will start to lecture me, thank you)

I'd like to mention some other things,

Look at the 15m chart, we have a nice bullish flag
Look at the 1h QQE, price has moved 100-150 pips below 1h gann and the QQE is already very close to the 50 line, this is weak IMO and once it crosses back up and a 1h candle closes above the gann, bulls should resume the 1h trend.

If any kind of news comes out, everything might just be invalid.

aren't you going to wait 'till 1h QQE cross over 50 line? or a candle close is enough to confirm the signal ?
I recommend you read something else as this sentence is now concluded.

And there's the rub! I posted earler that any timeframe below the weekly is now subject to such wild fluctuations, we go above the gann, below the gann, back above ... so until the US financial mess stabilizes - which may be sometime in 2099 - probability for the longer term does not look good ... unless .... where's that crystal ball you had last week??

Below the 15' timeframe, GY is scalpable following the very short trends, but that is always a risky business especially when overall trend is in doubt.

anyway, 38.2 seemed tough for now, there's also a bearish flag visible on 1h and 4h charts. if we break 38.2 then 50% is the target at 200.2, else if the flag is broken downwards, we're going down... no bias yet.

charts are telling me the same, but the thing is, there's a lot of walls in the way. 1 major weekly TL that was broken the other week, and we might be heading for a retest, it's around 107 area. and 2 other daily TLs. now we MIGHT spike up to 111-112 (38.2) but i'm shorting there either way IF we do reach there. i'll start picking tops at 106.50 because there's a spider web of TLs there.
