Kindly I need to find a registered and trusted broker that brings us less than 7 pips fixed spreads on GBP/JPY.

ODL has a 6pip fixed spread. This is the lowest fixed spread that I know of, since I've looked myself.

FXCM micro has a variable spread of 4-8 pips on average.

Cant you put your bid or offer in the market?
