This looks like my first week of trading anxious to get ahead of myself. misreading the indicators, jumping and assuming candles will close, not waiting for my ducks to line up, it is all about being emotional when the going get rough. I need to refocus right now..Not Good ..Need some emotional guidance from some experience traders....

The JPY interest rate will be coming out anytime today starting at 10:00 am EST. I am anticipating that there will be no increase because my hunch is that it will be for next month. I will be keeping the Long Position in my UJ until there is an announcement, if for some reason that they increase it, i will reverse my position because tech analysis will not prevail over the fundamental news release.

I think it is best to exit the position now on all trades "dumb money pulling it"

I do not like this kind of trading, I am like scalping here, but this news reports and the market choppiness i bet is killing most of the traders right now..this is called brokers and bucketshops party time..

I have to include also the Price Gaps..I have counted almost 10 in all the major pairs. Sudden positioning and jumps, this is really hard, when is this suppose to stabilize?.......Somebody, please tell me....

i am looking at my 5 ducks crossing the river of GBP/USD right now but i dont know how to trade right now... If i enter LONG now the next minute it will reverse and the ducks go back to the river. If you are looking at your G/U 15 min chart.. can somebody tell me what is the candle formation....

The JPY Interest Rate statement is expected between 10:00 - 12:30 Est today. I am hoping it should come out earlier than later so we can go on with our trading, all eyes are on this, seems traders are reluctant to put thier trades in until this is out, perhaps this will the stabilization factor for the market right now...

You need a break. Go take a walk in the park and relax for the rest of the day. Your confidence has been challenged and the only way to get it back is to gain perspective.

Your doing a great job so don't go getting all discouraged. Your system has performed well and there is no good reason to think it needs to be altered due to a few bad days. Just go relax and come back tomorrow refreshed and ready to snag the pips.
