From a logical thinking point of view: Today's gold hikes the most ever in a single one day. What does it mean? Market is very very concern, and look for safe haven in gold (Risk Aversion). I think it's to the extreme now.
Now, back to Geppy, would u think it will go up once this risk aversion at high? .. I think eight grader or lower can figure it out .. haha ..
Just kidding .. trying to join the party here ..

look back in history, there has to be a HEAVY buyer at each and every level, price doesn't matter, there's always demand, that's how we get a correction.

i'm watching weeklies back in january and december of 1999, same behavior, only to fool those dreaming of carries.

as for my own experience with fibos and my immature experience with Elliott Waves, i didn't see wave 5 being a 127.2 extension of wave 3 to 4.

here are some extension levels that can be potential bottoms:

1) 161.8@ 178.12
2) 200@ 169.22
3) 261.8@ 154.81

and for some mysterious reason i don't even think it's the 1st option, it's either 2 or 3.

I do not think they can inject enough to cause a true reversal. But if they are injecting today Again. Then they will do it throughout the day and the market trend should be down with spikes durring periodic injection periods.

Just my opinion.

Guys charts are charts but u cannot take away the kind of buying that has taken place the last few days. To stop price dead and even fake the market out with shakeout yesterday to close where it did. come on THESE guys want a paycheck and they will get it That is simple return of investment common sense.

That looks like a very healthy Bullish bar to me
