choosing a broker

I have been on demo trading for the past one year now and i want to start trading real time but i am confused about choosing a broker, can any one in the house tell show me a broker that use meta trder 4, accept something as little as $100, accepts mastercard, doesnt have a dealing desk, who is regulated and has an easy funding and withdrawal method

best thing to do is make a broker comparison matrix in excel, and call them one by one... you've got to feel comfortable with your broker and not leave it to an internet forum's concensus.

i trade with Dave (my broker,) not with his company. i'll pull my funds if the relationship sours....

in a very short time, MB trading will go over to the MT4 platform which is in alpha testing at the moment --- they are an ECN, which eliminates any urban legends concerning "brokers" but i believe their minimum is $250, but they are honest, well funded, been in business a long time and have NO bad press concerning withdrawals or funny business.

I will state the FXCM has a micro account that you can open with popcorn, but ive also heard some horror stories as they are a true dealing desk operation and open VERY early on sundays, where they tend to spike the market, causing MANY a margin call from ones holding such small equity -- Ive heard it too many times to ignore, although i like their normal non - MT4 platform for their more "senior" accounts.

you will have to be VERY VERY careful with only that much equity --- have you demoed with ONLY THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT, to see if you can be successful ?

Well all you need to select a broker which suits your trading style
For an example I always look for scalping and not all the brokers
Allow to use scalping strategies so I chose a broker which allows me to scalp...

There are few important point you should keep in mind while choosing a broker min account size which is $100 in your case, MT 4 (Registration), Leverage, spread , rating ,transaction cost and comfort is the most important thing.

Fx pro, Invest tech FX are few of them . If you want non MT 4 then Avafx is my broker with min a/c balance of $100.
