Watch your M5 and tick chart for candles and trend and look for momentum using CCI.
With basic knowledge of indicators and candlesticks plus your greatest asset (and liability) - yourself - I don't see why anyone can't start and follow a system. Biggest challenge is taking and cutting losses - ie accepting you're wrong and dropping the garbage about it.
