there is no going back to 200 level not this month or the next 6 months at least.

if you are fully hedged you are just loosing swap.

step away from the computer go and do some sport

then come back and trade your system even if that is listening to the traders here.

most have called it down for a long time so wait for a good setup ( a rally )

or if when you come back if komo, littlemoe and the rest are calling it up start taking off your longs.

the past is history the present is upon us and the future will judge us.

take them off slowly and get your confidence back.

Close my short at 187.4, was waiting for retracement to short again... but now not sure whether will have chance to short again with price above 188 today...

And poor, change your nickname .. maybe to "rich" or "prospering" .. a positive projection can't hurt

And if you are trading the guppy and do not know about swap .. as karmo said, go to babypips.com and read through their school of pipsology .. it sounds like you have too little knowledge at the moment and too much money at risk since it is bothering you.
You should be trading micro accounts with about $500 until you are consitently in profit.... you may blow one or two of them, but at least you can stay in the game.

i am new i have 9000 on risk i am trying to protect any amount of it . i hope i will

You're looking to re-enter a short at the 188.00 level? I am waiting on the candle on the 15 min chart to break above the 5 sma, before looking to re-enter my short. Learned about the 5 sma from Karmo..Works nicely.
