great move down, trend line broken....Possible target for next day, 1.9535

Well, what a nice day was yesterday... We almost reach the target projected which is 1.9535 but was stopped at 1.9540. Please note that there is a trendline at 1.9570 area... breaking this line will basically mean a move to 1.94.... RSI is showing enough room for the move... Happy Trading everyone... I will update more once I get more info from my chart...

There is a possibility that it will be moving back up to 1.9615 before going either up or bounce back to retest current low.. I am seeing this as a big possibility...I have closed all my trade and looking for a direction....

my pivots are:

R2=1.9802
M4=1.9748

M3=1.9656
PP=1.9618
M2=1.9564
S1=1.9510
M1=1.9472
S2=1.9434

Looking to see a downleg continuation pattern now. could be a retrace up first. time will tell.

Those were my daily pivots for yesterday. Looks like our pivots are in line with one another today. I am betting with you though that we see a rise on the GBP/USD before it comes down again. Iwould like to see a rise to the 1.9615 level or even 1.9630 then come on down! We shall see at London open. Good luck!

It did break, the trendline, but it has to retrace....In order to continue the down movement...today is friday anything is possible though..

Here is the divergence trade I made today GBP/USD... I saw this trade setting up around 3 AM... was not expecting a lot of pips because price heading down so much... but it was worth 30 pips.

Long Trade from bottom agua line to top agua line... that is the point the price is not longer oversold until price becomes overbought.

I am going to watch the price action in the pound over the next couple sessions. I want to see where we close today and early next week. If we enter the zone between the "River" level and "Transistion" then I will wait for confirmation before making a short term trade.

My bias is still up on this pair, however if we don't build value above the 9550 area, then we could trade down to 9303. I will keep an update going on this one.

..cant beleive it went 9545 after all that on friday

I think it just hit fridays resistance (all day high)..and did pass that 60 and 50 fib resistance on friday.
remains to be seen of it is a real break- it may evne go higher

Here are the value levels for 2-18-2007. River has only changed slightly. With the holiday action, I am going to keep watching. At the moment it looks like a short is setting up. If price continues to consolidate we will get a better idea.
