195 ...... if this breaks then 196 , and move target up in 50 pips increments till we break back below a whole number .

Ie right now if 194 fails short term rally may be over.

someone asked how to use FE ...fib expansions i never take trade till price is over the 38.2 ....

lets assume this is a trend reversal here .... on a 5 min .. plotted fib expansion to downside , high , low and lower high . There is no right or wrong way of drawing these or choosing points on your charts as fib ALL over lap .

So now IF I was to go short i would wait for confirmation of trend reversal and go short UNDER 38.2 % fe at 193.8

This also take us under the 8 and 13 sma ( note these are both fib numbers on the moving average)

Sure it is 100 pips away ... but these market are unusual and typically it is only 20 -30 pips away. It is a safe way to trade in my opinion.

Not telling you how to trade .... just showing you what I do ....

More pips tonite..
90 day bank bills have already priced in a 90% chance of a 50 bps cut within the next 2 RBA meetings. Most likely get 2 successive 25 cuts.

Its probably the only reason why the ASX just has its head above the break even point today.
