I am seeking an MT4 CCI audio alert that advises once the "0" line is crossed. Thanks.

I've written a tool that will alert you... you can also use it to trade from the charts using prices or CCI. Also set stops visually - and hides stops from brokers. File and installation / usage instructions here:
