Just to add my 2 JPY...

I have been trading this pair since April on the long side accumulating positions since 198.60. The pair has moved in a clear mid-term uptrend channel which was broken yesterday on the weekly chart giving a clear sell signal as investors come to terms with reality.

Reality is we are in a financial mess that has hit main street, the only solution out of this mess is to inflate the money supply and pray that some of it goes to home prices and the stock market. This is the only way that banks can stop raising capital.

As commodities correct from their highs and the slowdown becomes evident there is even more room to inflate with "controlled hazard" and rates can go down. When rates go down, low rate currencies (JPY) benefit and putting 2 and 2 together I would aim for new lows for this pair in the mid to long term.

Even the US FED will lower rates before it raises them... I think the market will be surprised but this is the way it goes. Stagflation is something the FED worries about, but believe that their worst nightmare is, by far, a deflationary recession.

Inflation is the only salvation for a debt rigged economy. JPY, XAU and XAG I expect to be the greatest winners from now to 2009.

Turn off caps.

Hedging is good if it is used properly otherwise you'll end blowing up your account.

although i don't like hedging because i get nervous, but what he is doing is selling same amount as he is bying. so he does not loose evan if the pair goes to 100 he would only loose the spread. but eventualy it will turn and he can start colecting. not only bull profits but also interest that will eventualy cover the spreads. its not my cup of tea.

GJ LL NOT GO STRAIGHT TO 178 IT ALWAYS GO BACK
SO SAY IT GOES TO 195 AND THEN GOES BACK TO 205
WHILE IT WAS 195 I CLOSE MY SHORT POSITIONS UP TO 200 OR 205
AND WHILE IT IS AT 205 I CLOSE MY LONG POSITIONS FROM 195
AND IF I THINK IT LL NOT GO BACK TO 210 I CAN CLOSE THIS HEDGED POSITIONS FORM 205 TO 210 LOSING NOTHING OR EVEN KEEP THEM BECAUSE SOMEDAY IT LL COME BACK TO 210
