Yes, that's possible, but I was more thinking in the shorter term, however we are still in bear camp and price may bounce at this trendline / gann.

Although I believe in a long term uptrend due to fundamentals concerning that High interested currencies go up no matter what, the problem is that with this uptrend breakout today I am very concerned about the major uptrend continuation for this beast.

IMO the technical anomaly occurred all 2007 (super head and shoulders pattern) should be corrected in order to get a VLT (Very Long Term) Uptrend Channel like before 2007.

So, we should get inside the channel again, I recall SHOULD!

The scary part is that I am not seeing any plausible signs of uptrend continuation for the long run, in other words, the market just does what he wants!

I do not look that far out but i do trade more long termish...

concerning fundies i ask myself these questions....in the next year or so which country is likely to go on a rate hike? if there was a global recession, which country is in the best position to deal with this?..the answer baby?...Japan...hence i'm bullish on the YEN and very very bearish on GBP...

I stpped out for like 2 hours and this thing moved over 100 pips crazy hardly see that in Asian session on Sunday's
early morning wake up to trigger short GJ at 210.84 and set my target at 209, then go back to sleep, wake up just to see i wasted my 100+ pips and 20 pips in red, sigh... anyway my GU earning 74 pips now... set the ST to at least let me earn 24 pips...

Aus, i close my short on gj and follow wat you predict and go long as i feel it might need to close gap also... and you more expert than me.. can tell me where to set TP?

Guys Aus is here just to present his analysis. I would suggest not to ask him where to put TP and where to enter and where to exit questions. Some of the reason why Aus was away from this thread is people were asking him basic crap question. If you know your support and resistence levels you should know where to set your TP. Stop asking stupid question and let the man post his analysis. He has been kind enough to put his prediction and analysis here and that;'s more then enough. This is just my thought.

Aus posted his GBP/JPY charts few pages back.
When ever I log into FF I usually go through the past posts of Aus,Karmo, MalcomB daily.Then I utilize their analysis to my own strategy and and I set my own TP and SL levels. Aus or others would reccomend SL & TP according to the risk levels of their own account . It may not suit your account.
I would suggest you and everyone to do the same.

u didnt get my point... there are others who ask for direction... i just follow... I said sorry the moment i realise my mistake... anyway i believe you really go through all the post of aus, karmo, malcomb and filter other unneccesarry post... which is very good...

However if you would like to comment pls on one thing pls make sure you understand it well, just bluntly repeat what senior member said, does not make you a senior member... Sorry for being blunt...

Whichever way you look at it, i believe this pair is headed higher. 4hr pin bar, 1hr double bar pin, lower time frame head and shoulders formation. Expect retest of neckline and a move up toward monthly pivot.

I guess we will see tonight...

sounds like you better have this link, it's better than nothing. mine is 211.44 becuz i calculate them differently. theirs is 211.73 but it's sunday, so it's a hinky pivot day anyway. askin for pivots is like going into baskin robbins and asking for ice cream...
