your advice pls, should i stick on till 157.15 or at what rate should i TP

TP to me is not really important unless you will be sleeping, what is important is the SL for protection of your account. As a trader im always conscious of defense. Once you are ahead you can TP anytime, but i could be wrong..

when the green candle stands between 5 to 10 pips and it is not the last 5 minutes of the 15 minute candle.

anytime would be good. The risk that you make it to the median is about 20 pips thats the length of you lifeline to save that duck.

sorry..
that means there is a 50-50 chance to your propose trade and you are 50 pips away from the nearest safe haven. In case, you got it right and swim back to shore your prize is 50 pips....I hope that clarifies it. There is no sure thing in the market.. all speculation and guesses..
