Or, rather, eyes.
(My current assumption is the "double top" on EURUSD in EW terms => possibly x.3 and x.5 of an impulse, hence now a larger correction is possible. Of course no confirmation until we leave 1.53 lower)

I'm sure raz won't mine one teeny weeny little EW count post with 2(AUD and EUR) or 4 charts attached(large TF count, smaller degree count)?

Just about nobody seems to post sensible EW things on FF, so here's keeping my fingers crossed

yes! I think he's constrained with time now. Last i heard, he's already in a bank. I have only met him once in a lunch meeting, havent heard from him since then. He's been in and out of the indonesia thread a few months back.

This is GBP/AUD, looks like we may have triple bottom and it is going up for a rally, this is not good for AU bulls. Also, GBP/NZD experienced same turn around with pound, except it started earlier. As for GBP/AUD, I don't think it will ever get to 2.70 again, but could see 2.47

Anyone thoughts on AUD/ USD? Still short... looking for 90s, but maybe I'm not drawing my lines correctly..

In all fairness and with all due respect, I think the bell ringing in jacko's head was a weekly bearish pin bar that appeared on my chart
I have a hunch that will not have escaped jacko, either

His "bell post" came after the weekly close that formed the pin
I actually shorted down for a small bit after that retrace to near 0.98(1h PB).

Jacko's had quite a lot of hard to explain hunches before, but this one at least was relateable to me

(Hmmm...jacko-bell! Wonder if they'd serve Pip-Burritos there )

I do wonder about when the right time will come to aim towards parity again, i.e. how long/far in time and price this USD move will go.
Personally I am staying flexible for the moment.

usd/cad at 1.0450 reminds me of aud/usd at .9850, this trend will turn around, this called excessive, im thinking everything will snap back fast to where it was 10 days ago

no offense but I know Jacko doesnt trade PA, Ive never once heard him mention PA, so I doubt he would see a bearish pin bar on a weekly and start talking about hearing bells. Ive seen him take positions against daily PA signals many many times, so I doubt he would suddenly take notice that particular time. Jacko could you answer if you have time, pretty please? Did your bell have anything to do with a weekly bearish pin bar? Thanks very much, Raz

it could have been a bell, besides the pin pair, EU was at 1.6, and many are programmed to buy dollars against any pair when that happens

There's no way. It may rally, but it won't snap back. Oil is tanking, there is some talk it will even touch $100. Gold is dropping. I agree this pair is oversold (I covered my shorts), but Aussie now, even now, is way way overvalued.

We will have been talking about an Aussie rally for days now. It's like the EUR trend reversal which is still not over, IMO.

many bulls felt same was when it was at .9850, that the rally will never end. 700 pips down now, so what do u expect another 700? i'd say we see 9700 before 9000. I'd be only looking for longs at the moment for minimum 500 pips.

Well this is the thing. What WAS the reason?
This is a good opportunity to put this request forward, on my behalf as well.
Ever since reading the posts I've wondered about the details.
I'll believe in instinct up to a certain point, but you can't tell me that it's all 100% laying your hands on a currency pair and "feeling" what might be next.
If it really is - then jacko has a distinct, possibly even genetic, non-reproduceable advantage over just about anyone

Not that that's impossible; but it's not exactly the answer you get from an Occam's Razor approach vs a gigantic weekly dropoff + bear pin.

Basically I'd just like to know "why", and not out of malice or anything, but simply because it's never once been spelled out in any concrete detail in anything I've read since the 2005 posts. And it can't be any of the reasons used for the buying(in regards to which all I know about is TLs, 50% fibs and round numbers as well), as we're discussing the impending turnaround moment.

I'll happily accept anything from MACD divergence to price patterns and whatnot, but I would not exactly feel very content with "it was a feeling I always get when these things are about to happen" as that's nothing I could just compare with doing myself
