I've found another scenario on 1h chart: the chart has touched the upper line of triangle, it may fall till 166...

Yep its the same of H4, but I dont like it, I see EURJPY bullish. But can fall till 168, and bound long.

I tend to agree with you Tov, and I think this scenario fits 5ysfx's analysis from a few days ago, and corresponds with the hawkish comments from Japan and the overall weakening Euro. To preserve the downward channel we can't exceed about 169.25ish, so it can still move up a bit, just not too much

Hey, you postet the chart which i stored on my desktop, while i was writing at the aud/usd thread...166 area is my bear target.

We need three touches of a trendline to establish a channel, isnīt it ?

I will long at lowetrendline if holds ofc.

Are the majority of the people that matriculate in this room day-traders, or are you holding positions for multiple days/weeks? Just trying to get a feel for the justifications from some of the strategy logic of some postings.

With a bullish engulfing candlestick, the real body must engulf the prior real body (not wicks). The one you posted is not a bullish engulfing candle. It could be classed as an outside bar though.

USD news may drop it or increase it. Remember that:

EUR/JPY = EUR/USD x USD/JPY

So it's good to watch the EU and UJ.

Looks like a short may be in play. Price has hit resistance. Stops above the last lower high.

The last candles I saw were a bearish hamari and a three inside down, and that was back up at 168.60. Thanks for the post nuck.
