I didn't test this filter. Funny though that September regular Mouteki was an excellent month, so was July (like almost 1000 pips I believe)... So you are missing out on some good potential pips.
. Mouteki didn't follow the rules that he alone set. In reality the pips were around 500-600, don't know it exactly. He uses an xtick chart and I use metatrader, so there might be a difference. Mouteki alone doesn't work good, I'm forward testing it out on my live account for almost 3 months now and I came to this conclusion. I backtested it for a few currencies from January to October. Mouteki did not finish his thread and provided us with an incomplete method, you can't follow it blindly. There is supposed to be an "advanced manual" .In some of his posts he said he uses fibonnacis to enter his trades, we don't know exactly how he uses it. He filters out some trades with fibonaccis then. The thing is that this system NEEDS a filter. With the buying pressure filter its a good strategy as you can see. It gives you around 150-200 pips per month on usd/chf. I trade 10 pairs and gold, so in the end of the month I shuld be doing good.
That test was done for the GBP/USD. I tested USD/CHF. And btw. the July GBP/USD powerpoint document, in which the testing was done is false
