i was thinking of staying out of the trade because of that and i watch out so as not to take trades which are affected by the news calender too.

So, what happened to Ash yesterday?
No one makes calls on this thread anymore?
Can we have a small group of people (at least 3) that will go through each chart everyday market open time (FXDD) and post the FS/SS pairs?
This is in order to provide a good assistance to Ash, so these people needs to be consistant and responsible.
People who wants to be in this group, just:
1. type in Title line: Post on (market date & time)
2. must type FF/SS/None in Message.
Please give it a try, everyone, you will like it!
I don't understand really how you wish to post that, could you maybe create something like a 'draft' on how to post?

AUD/USD Short Trade Update:
I closed my first lot on this Short trade at 45 pips. That's not much, but this was a real counter-trend trade. You can also see in the attachment that price had just hit the trend line, which also happened to be just below the 50% fib line. Anyway, all that was enough to keep me content with a reasonable target, and hopefully the second lot will head down to the support line.

AUD/USD Short Trade Update:

I guess I did drew my trend line incorrectly because I had it at .9566. I'm now at 40 pips and I think I will join you on the first lot. Nice to see that you migrated over here from OzFX. I'm finding this system to be much more consistent. Let me throw something out there for comment. What would you think if you always took the first PSar in the appropriate direction (it seems to me you would win many more times then not). Close this position out just before the start of the new candle, then followed Ash rules with the issue of the second Candle.

At any rate, it appears that aud/usd has dipped some more in the last few minutes, so your first lot may be closing any minute now depending on your target. Good luck!

USD/CAD Trade Update:
I just closed my first lot on the usd/cad long trade at +50 pips. The actual AshFX TP rules would have called for 88 pips as an initial target, but I guess I developed the habit of banking 50 pips after several months on the OzFX thread.
Here's a summary of all my open trades:
aud/usd short: 1 lot closed at +45; 2nd lot at +68
usd/cad long: 1 lot closed at +50; 2nd lot at +58
eur/usd short: 1 lot closed at +100; 2nd lot at +129
So far, so good.
