There are several new trades to place today as follows:

Buy Stop EUR/USD 1.5625 stop/loss 1.4625

Sell Stop USD/CAD 1.0100 stop/loss 1.1100

Buy Stop GBP/USD 1.9750 stop/loss 1.8750

All trades are placed with 1000 pip stop/loss using 2% of account
balance with 50:1 leverage and a 50 pip trailing stop.

Sell Stop on USD/JPY is still in place from several days ago this
will likely be adjusted so keep an eye on this journal.

If you took the trades with us yesterday then you are IN THE MONEY!
I love it. Two of our trades have had their Stop/Losses hit and we
have a total of about 100 pips locked in so far. We have another trade
not far from having it's Stop/loss triggered which will mean more
profits for us.

It is an unpredictable market but making money in it is an absolute
adrenaline rush. We will sit back and ride this trend until it reverses,
hopefully it will not reverse right away on us. But, if it does we
still win.

Hope you are doing great today. I woke up this am and found that 3 of
our profitable trades had been stopped out for nice profits. That's
not a bad thing to wake up to.

GBP/USD stopped out for +90 pips profit

USD/CHF stopped out for +106 pips profit

EUR/USD stopped out for +106 pips profit (ironic)

There are no new trades. USD/CAD is floating a small profit but
trailing stop has yet to be triggered. USD/JPY, we had this pair
shorted well there were several news releases around the Japanese
market open. This must have had a negative effect on the Yen because
our Short was hit. Currently USD/JPY is also floating a small profit
with no trailing stop triggered. We also have a very small floating
loss with AUD/USD of about 45 pips.

We have already beat May's Profits of 521 pips we are currently at
591 pips so far for the month of June! Let's see if we can break
600 pips before the end of the month.

It's all about making profits,

We just placed a Sell Stop order on USD/JPY at 105.25.
There are no other potential set ups for today. So let's just wait
and see what happens with USD/JPY.

Just a recap as of the past two months since we started these Trade
Alerts we have earned 10% on our money. Hopefully you are having
the same success.

I forgot to mention this. I opend a LIVE account yesterday with IBFX. I am trying to do some through research on which broker to stick with long term. I think this will be the one but we will see now that I have a LIVE account there.

Our trade with USD/JPY is still open with floating losses.

Just placed a Buy Stop on EUR/USD at 1.5875.

Remember all trades are placed using approx. 1% of account balance with 50 pip trailing stop and a 1000 pip stop loss. These trades sizes and stop losses and their trailing stops are really the magic of the Coastalfx Trading System.

No new trades. Still waiting for the larger daily trend to resume. Patience is the name of the game. We have been here before and it always usually pays off pretty well for us. We have no reason to think this will be any different.

No new trades today. GBP/USD, EUR/USD, and USD/CHF have resumed their
larger daily trends. We will watch for a continuation of this trend throughout today and into tomorrow before placing a trade. I will be traveling to Pittsburgh today and getting in late. I will do my best to post to my journal at the normal time.

We just placed a couple of new trades.

Buy Stop AUD/USD 0.9700

Sell Stop USD/CHF 1.0250

Sell Stop USD/CAD 1.0050

Remember use approx. 1 precent of account balance on each trade with 50:1 leverage and 1000 pip stop/loss.

Our other two trades with USD/JPY and EUR/USD are not moving in directons to be profitable.

I was out of town over the weekend so I was unable to place trades or post to this journal. The good news is I come back to find our trades very profitable. I adjusted the trailing stops on most of them to preserve our profits and I also opened a trade on GBP/USD.

EUR/USD 50 pip trailing stop intact at 1.5936

USD/CHF 100 pip trailing stop intact at 1.0141

AUD/USD 60 trailing stop intact at 0.9677

USD/CAD 50 trailing stop intact at 1.0037

New Order:

Buy/Stop placed on GBP/USD at 2.0100 50 pip trailing stop and 1000 pip Stop/Loss only using 1 precent of account balance on 50:1 margin.
What a great day to be in the forex market. Currently we have 260 pips in profit locked in on these trades.

All positions were stopped out yesterday for a profit of 260 pips. That is a record for my best day gain so far. Our Buy Stop on GBP/USD was also triggered but then pulled back some so we have a small floating loss on that one trade.

New trades placed are as follows:
USD/CAD Sell Stop at 1.0000
AUD/USD Buy Stop at .9800
USD/CHF Sell Stop at 1.0075
USD/JPY Sell Stop at 104.00

Remember every trade uses one percent of account balance with 50:1 margin. 1000 pip stop/loss and 50 pip trailing stop.

No new trades todays and no adjustment to current trades. Our GBP/USD trade was triggered and is currently in profit. All other pairs appear to be in a countertrend at the moment. We will sit patient and see if the trend resumes. We will leave all of our Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders in place, if the countertrends reverse they may get picked up.

There are no new trades or adjustments today. The market doesn't really seem to have had any major moves since yesterday. So we will simply relax, be patient, and wait for a move.

There are no new trades today. The market still seems to be in a sideway movement. A quick peek at the charts last night looked as if we may be placing or adjusting our trades this am; but when I woke up and looked at the charts again they had reversed their direction maintaining their sideways movement. We remain patient.

What time do you evaluate your trades at the end of the day?

What time zone are you in?

How often do you check your trades during a normal day?

I usually evaluate trades just before I place new ones which is in the morning. between 8am and 12 am EST usually.

I am in EST of course.

I check my trades often throughout the day just to see our status but I do not ever change them.

I really hope that helps. I don't ever mind answer questions.

I ask because you said you evaluate and trade in the morning, then said “between 8 am – 12 am” which would include afternoons and nights also. I did notice that your posts are mostly in the morning, but I thought it a good idea to be sure.

My trades are most often 8 am to 12 pm noon.

There are no new trades or adjustments today. It's times like this
that separate winning traders from losing traders. It would be easy
to get impatient and to force a trade. However, the charts do not
show a viable trade right now. We are in one of the larger countertrends
that have been established since I we started trading. This is a good
thing since our trend has not reversed, at some point the market will
resume with it's trend and we will have room for larger gains.

Until then, we will continue to wait and watch patiently.
