Will you be free over the weekend? Hope you can do something on the code if posible? Also the template. All the entry and lots rule are hidden and very difficult to figure it deeply...
I will try and provide a statement starting fresh next on an IBFX demo account of about $2000 as that is probably who I will use this EA on a live version in the future, if possible. I want to start with a clean slate next week so I will be able to adjust for a real account. This time, I just put it on an ODL demo account to test it out right now and it seems to have A LOT of potential. :-)

Same here. I willl post two of the result by this weekend. But i shall restart all again in next week to test the EA more specifically. Still wish yohan_ip could made some further explanation during this two three days.

Edit:
This weekend i willl very busy, so i stop testing on the EA by today and post out the 2 statement. Next week shall start wif a new one and begin again.

The tempalate for Bombard EA

so sorry for the late answer, i've been quite occupied with my offline job

Here is the rule for entry :
using ADX along with yesterday support and or resistance, the EA will open an order based on the BUY or SELL power, the EA then will consider if the trades need to be added or not,

The trades need to be added if : there is a possible trades. say if the EA buy usdjpy at 105.25 and within the next hour there is a slight chance that the usdjpy BULLISH power increasing and the price is LOWER than previous trades (say, 105.10), Bombard EA will open the trades again.

Simple rule for exit:
BombardTarget met,
SL,
TP,
Manually closed..

another rule for calculating the lots :
The EA will allways try to normalize your initial deposit, that is denoted by your global variable : First_Deposit. if your account equity reach bellow these variable, the EA will calculate Lots needed to recover your first deposit.

Ah yes, i've conducted several tests yesterday, since the EA's dd is still at large

It seems that if we trade the EA at some time it will rewards you the most with the best DD ever.
example :
i trade the EA at 3:00 GMT+4 untill 12:00 GMT+4 giving out the best RR than executing the EA 24h..

Any input is very welcome

Edit:
Is it posible for you to modify the EA in order to close all trades when specific profit have been made (in monetary terms).
If you added this in, we can perform the backtest for the EA and try to filter out those which is making big loss in backtest result before we tried to forward testing it.
Forward testing juz too time consuming.

Thanks, very useful info. I think i can figure out something over this weekend. I shall test it pair to pair and slowly shall get an answer.

For this EA, a small SL only will lead to a bigger lose. As i have forward testing earlier, if i set-up every trades SL at 20pips. It does safe me from alot of opposite direction. But things become worse when out of 10 trades, there is 9 closed out wif SL (especially ranging market).

Looks pretty darn good Yohan...At what time of the day are u running the EA on E/U 1M TF (to achieve those results)??

i thot this was a scalping EA?
I must have the settings wrong. I haven't touched any of the settings, I just put the EA on a 1M EUR/USD chart and got a ton of orders (some buy and sell at the same time)

I tested this EA on a demo account for the last two weeks and the results are impressive.

However, I have the following questions:

1- You mentioned that the best time frame to run the EA is from 3 AM (GMT+4) to 12 PM (GMT+4), that is Asian session and the first part of London session. Why not choosing London session and US session (instead of Asian) which provides more volatility for EUR/USD?

2- May you provide more detailed description for the effect of each setting, specially the StartLot, Coef1/2 and Climb.

3- I tried to change StartLot to be 0.01 but the EA still generate orders as 0.10 lots (there is no errors in the terminal's Journal). What do you think the reason of not using 0.01 lots?

Now this one, i could not provide an exact answer, through backtesting and forward testing, the EA seems to give a good return on asian session..there are corrections happen during the session. That's why i need some input from everybody from this lovely forum maybe there is some one who could spot wether why would asian session gives the very best return for the EA

  1. StartLot defines what is the starting lot to apply to the EA
  2. Coef2: if you increase the coefisien, the target (in pips) will decrease, say if you set the Coef2 to 2, the EA will close the order when the orders had reached say 20pips, if you set Coef2 to 5, the EA will close the orders if it had reached say 5pips, the coef2 will determine the market volatility, please keep in mind that your target in pips will differ on every market condition.. This could happen if you are using an account which Minimum Lot is 0.1, or if you are using an account that could open 0.01 Lot, There could be a bug in the code

This is the EA i found out is useful for this EA.

YOu open up EU m1 chart and embed wif bombard EA.
Then open another EU chart and embed this EA.

You will found it very useful instead of key-ing in the value into F3 global variable everyday.

EU m1 wif 0.10 unit per trade, 1pips = 1USD.
Wif TP of 25 and 50, it doesn't seems to work so good.
I willl advice 75 or 60.

mphpopular had attached a script (here) that will close all trades when the trades reached the profit, i trade the EA at 3.00 till 12.00 (GMT+4)
but if after 12.00 (GMT+4) the ea didn't reach the profit it should made, i close all trades and will try to trade the next day.

Actually account 8402 was tested since the very first bombard version (1.31), the attached first week results was the most productive and the most less drawdown occured.

No, you did not have the wrong settings, the EA trades as it should. Yes indeed it was quite confusing to see that the EA will trade tons of them

Don't forgot this one whereby it is useful for your manual trading on this EA or manual close on this EA.

Juz copy it to your scripts folder, you can close it all opens trades in the same time. It is useful when bombard EA having alot of open trades, we can close it all in same time instead of closing one by one.
