This is my News release journal. It am using it to track market movements due to economic data releases.The countries being tracked are the U.S., U.K. Japan and Euro Zone. No predictions will be made. Read this and use the information at your own risk or profit. All I ask is that you do not post on this thread. I just want to keep this thread clean and easy to read. This thread is just for information, and I need to keep the information easy to find and quick to search over. If you have a question or comment, Please PM me. One thing, Please forgive my selling and if you don't know a term I am using, look it up at FXwords.com. You really need to figure it out yourself. We are all adults here and I don't do any hand holding.

Yesterday we got Italy CPI and German Zew. CPI numbers were no suprise so I did not trade on that info. Also, Zew numbers were coming out an hour later so it was better to wait because German numbers are more important than Italy. With the ZEW: all numbers were down so the EUR weakened. However, It seemed to me that big players were setting up their trades ahead of the release and the EUR weakened hours in advance. With the GBP, the CPI came out and all numbers were up. However, Inflation is up worldwide, so I really didn't care much for this release. The dollar did show some strenth late. However, I think it was due to resistants. PPI numbers were up, but it's flat if you take out food and energy, so PPI seemed worthless also. Weak retail sales and Empire Manufacturing would be a good sign to short, but not today.
