this will depend on who the player will be; euro, or yen...

if this daily candle closes like this, EJ would have breached an ascending wedge that lasted for 4 months now on the daily chart. that's a very bearish sign. i would ask u to reconsider any attempt to go long. i'll wait for a retest for that TL and go short from there. this might be a start of a massive melt down for EJ. this can also mean the same for GJ. but anything can happen.

lol, the post u quoted WAS about eur/jpy (EJ).

i'm not sure, depends how good/bad ur entry was! i'm watching a reversaly pattern on my m30 chart, if EJ goes below 166.27 then there won't be any reversal i think. however from the way it looks it might retest 167.3x area (daily TL i posted).

i think i'll short from there. depends how the charts will look like when we DO get there.

hehehe, as long as u're playing it safe! it might retrace a bit, but don't count on a BIG retracement. but i think ur targets are small right?

i am long on EJ from 166.60 and i didn't put stop lose.

yes we have broken wedge but i dont care about this . because we are bouncing from another small trend line

what i do i should wait for daily close and IFFFFFFF it close below the rising wedge then i move my TP to the entery point cause 99% it will go back to my entery point or even more to test the broken trend line.

this is just my strategy

If the 1HR 50EMA holds I am thinking to hold overnight into Wednesday for interest. But not too sure....

Here is something for all of you ...

I used to trade something called open range breakouts on stocks., I still use it for futures.

The GBPJPY broke major support with a very fast drop . When this happens price comes back and re-tests the break out level 99 % of the time. This is when you enter the trade.

For those looking to get short for a swing trade 210.2 retest was the area to do this
