Back after several days. It everyone still trying to short for the big one?

I am still long from 209s and 210s, just collecting interest waiting for something to change. Havent made any new trade on this one for 2 weeks now. Limit buys higher, letting the market decide. Nothing new really

How do you enjoy the whipsaws? ;-)

but also good support 5750, that was resistance. the previous low was 5700 or so , so if you still believe it's in an up trend, then there's not much room down, maybe once it gets higher to short, i dont know

I share the same view, I am expecting to see at least 1.5850 before any major drop, bar any fundies getting in the way to mess things up. TP1 1.5817, TP2 1.5850

I would say today was a day traders nightmare unless he was pretty nimble by the looks of a 5m chart in DJ

Anyone know what is holding up U/Y?

2:00 pm DOW push has turned into take profit and hope for the best.

Looks like buying interest has waned in our geppy.

Little 100 pt move up in Dow didn't phase her one bit.
Yesterday was a bit different, up she went...

Time for a bit of profit taking maybe? Fear? Loathing?

Pretty boring... The main thing to note is Paulson is beating the drum of a strong dollar (which is worthless if they don't change what they are doing. He said "We want a strong dollar" and "Strong dollar in US interest".

I don't think you missed much but if you want highlights check out bloomberg's website.

well i know i made a killing off of that "killing"
DJ was beautiful today. m5 is very sweet. i think price is going to DP again shortly if we get a good closing above m5's 50ema.

m5 chart: 50ema, DP, gann, qqe 5, rapid RSI, MACD MTF, and most importantly and amazingly powerful (even on this small TF) candlestick patterns!

very powerful system. i made 236 pips today just scalping around in 4.5 hours. beautiful.
