I'm not sure what is meant by "perfect health and reliability". Here are a couple other descriptions with reliability measured as "moderate" and "medium":

hussin, that candle looks indeed like a hanging man but it is not on top of a significant trend so i wouldn't pay too much attention to it.
remember, reversal patterns mean anything when they form after at least 3 candles on the same direction. when i see any pattern during a sideways movement, i ignore it.
just my opinion.

bear flag on daily with price just above the 50 sma

If price breaks 50 sma on daily then a 1-2-3 sell comes into play with downside targets 1.5635
