USD has a banking holiday today. I wouldn't trade USD pairs anyway.

Hi Guys,

I was rereading the thread now two times, i am a little bit confused still maybe you guys can help me out. For me is not clear if i shall install the System as Bull has posted it here in his first post cause it is already modified, and if i install it, what do i have to modify then? ie SMA200 or parabolic sar?

And Ronald created an EA for it, i have to tell you that i am not trading on a mt4 but i am looking forward to do that soon, i only have the charts running on a mt4 platform, so i have not that much experience with modifiyng working and ordering on the mt4, but off course was already putting indicators in and already compiled in the Meta Editor, not fluid but it always worked, as long as i know in which way i have to insert the files.

As i understand from your convos, the mt4 EA does the orders itself when it is activated?! or can i run the EA without that it orders and gives me only signals. So i am not really sure how to handle this because i only can approximately imagine what an EA is doing, i never had one switched on.

I would really apreciate if you guys could clear me up a lil, and Thanks very much for sharing this all here its a great thread what you guys having here, i hope i can be a part of it.

An expert advisor is simply an automated trading program. Programmers like myself can create such expert advisors to place trades based on completely mechanical signals that are given by the system it was coded to use.

It's possible to code the expert advisor to only make signals instead of place trades for you. I'll redo my EA template so it's reflected in all future EAs that I code.

It would be neat if the EA would include the option of being able to open 2 trades at once similar to the original parameters of the original system. I am relatively new to forex, but this seems to have very good potential. I am currently forward testing in demo mode.

If you want to manage multiple trades, just put two EAs. Each on their own chart. And make sure the magicnumber foe each EA is unique.

took that one on GU. is that valid if we ignore the 200sma?

if it turn out to be negative, then i'll stick with 200sma rule.

the price might find some difficulties to break that 200sma. anyway, let see how it goes!

Attached is a linear progression indicator. Placing it on a 4hr chart with a 7 day time frame setting yields some potentially better exits points for our trades.
If someone smarter than me can verify, we could (should) program the indicator into the EA as an exit point for trades. If I'm of base let me know, because I think we are losing to many pips on the late exits.

above 200sma

so, wait for the next candle. hopefully USD not gaining any strength later on.

took the sell at 106.55

hopefully it turns out good. AO red, Stoch red, Advanced ADX red, below 200sma

Hello to everyone following the 4hr system.

I've been trying to get everyone going good on my daily system before I fully support the 4hr system as well.

I do plan on supporting this system, as well as releasing 4hr entry signals in the near future.

I want to say THANK YOU to Bull and Ronald Raygun for sharing the system and EA with us.

I installed the EA and made $2,500 today on the first day of install on a demo account (1.0 lots) I hope this EA will continue this way.

By the way: I used it on 15 min. charts. I know Bull has designed this system for daily and/or 4h charts, but 15 min. seems to work very well !

Anyone else tested the EA on other time frames ?

Be careful when you go down in timeframes.

This system was designed to catch medium-strength trends. Trends which last anywhere from 10-20 bars. Check you charts to see how long each signal lasts, and adjust your stops accordingly.

Hi, I would like to thank the originator of this system. I use the system as my main confirming indicator, along with S&R levels and Price action. So I do not take all signals. I have been winning at 70% of all trades. I trade all pairs.
