Hi all,

anyone can help me in understanding Sugar quotes ?

Price is 11.15, but what is weight? 16 kg costs 11.15$?

Contract size: 112,000 lbs
Min. Fluctuation: 0.01 c/LB = $11.20

Would luv to be floor trader for this one since it only open for 3hrs a day from 9am to 12

Why would you trade something you don't understand? OK, I have traded futures, so here's a quick lesson:

Contract size is 112,000 pounds of sugar. Price is quoted in cents per lb.

Initial margin is $1000 to $1500 , depending on broker.

There are also options (call and puts, US-style options) .

US options - can be bought/sold/exercised anytime before trading stops. European options can only be exercised on last trading day, so avoid them.
