i still think we need to go up a bit. UJ looks like it's forming a reversal pattern (bla bla bla) and i can also swear that's an inverse shampoo formation on GJ's 1h chart. if today's low holds we should be heading up soon. but that's just me

It looks like GJ would be pulled down by GU later.

I shorted GY and LONg GU as I said in my previous post now keep GU long but closed GY short and reversed, LONG GY at 210.18 w/STL 208.78 targeting 213.89

i truly believe 213.12 is the next destination. i'm long at 210.12 (close to 23.6 fib)

fibs placed from yesterday's fall.

i'm currently long on UJ also, and short on euro.

13:54 USD/JPY: ISM Rumors Turn Positive San Francisco, July 1. USD/JPY has bounced sharply from 105.23 lows to 105.48 on the back of rumors that ISM will now be better than expected at 50.5 and this has fuelled short-covering. Median expectations are at 48.7 and rumors earlier were of a 44.4 result, lower than expected.
Some also see the upgrade to Countrywide by S&P as positive but the upgrade was expected once Bof A completed today"s acquisition. Risk aversion is still running strong with heavy selling of JPY crosses. USD/JPY bids remain at 105.00/10.
