Broker problem - Need Guidance

Hi ,
Any one ever had problems with live acount login, I am unable to login to my live account with no fault with my systems, am able to trade with my demo account , but it just does not allow me to trade my live account.
IT guy of the bank worked with me on the phone for more than 30 min , tried and checked all possible things, and ventually he said in his 5 yrs of tenure they never had such issues.
Please guide me on the right or protection measures I need to take to protect my live trades

Hello,

try to uninstall the program and then re install again.sometime it happen but to me but everything ok after I reinstall it.

i'm assuming you've logged in to the live account before; so in this case, have you added a new hardware or software firewall since the last time you've logged in. or if not could your broker have changed IP addresses for the server?

if you have added a new firewall be sure the the brokers IP is allowed connection, and if you haven't added a firewall, but do have one, maybe your brker has recently changed the live server IP, which could be conflicting with what your firewall previously had set to allow.

if none of that applies, then I'm sorry I was of no help, and I hope you get it figured out soon.

And if you've got live trades going on at the moment and can't log in, get on the phone with your trade desk right away to take care of those positions.
