Anyone use real Atcbrokers MT4 platform?

It seems that if I want MT4 ECN it is the only choice for me. But what hinder me to open account is their customer service. They did'nt reply mail( over 1 day) and I can't find much information at their web site too. Anyone using them now? What's your experience? Is the order filled instanly? thx

it's a ecn, what else do you want, execution is no diffrent from any other ecn if the liquity is there.

I just want reply from them if I have any enquiry( or withdraw ). Are you using their platform? I used to get filled after a few seconds using MT4 before, just want to know if their real platform get filled instantly like the hotspot platform.

Not sure why you got slow replies from them. My 2 emails to them was answered within 1 day by this guy Dave (i got his email from the ATC forum)and you've gotta register at their forum to see more posts.

I've tried out their demo for 2 days now, i see some spikes here and there and it's still good to hear from someone live.

Some info I've gotten from him.

For withdrawal fees it's $25 as told by him and there's no interest paid on any unused margin.

I signed up to open an account last week, I still have not heard back from them yet.

I hope it is because they have had so many enquiries about the new ECN service, otherwise there may be some problems!

TradeView were not able to get their technology to work, and have just given up on it.

If I don't hear anything from ATCBrokers in the next day or so, I think that means it's time to move on and try another broker. That would be a shame because the reviews have been good so far. Finding the Holy Grail trading system and finding the Perfect Broker... are these two impossible things?!?

I finally got a reply...

They have not yet officially launched the service yet. There are a number of people who signed up earlier who are currently using the system but they are not accepting any new users until the launch in mid July.

They sent through all the application forms to enable pre-registration. They are all HotSpot forms.

Commission charged is US$4 per 100,000 base currency unit.... more expensive than the US$3 per 100,000 charged if trading with HotSpot directly.

I've played their demo and found that its always $8 rountrip irregard of the currency pair. And I emailed them and they confirmed this too.

This was the reply I got from them.


"That is correct, it is flat rate of $8 Round turn on 100K lot size
regardless of the pair."

That's the same way HotSpotFXr works. $3 per 100k notional, a pretty good deal for GBP pairs.

I just got that application form too. If the real platform truly match the demo, in terms of trading platform, execution , cost and fairness, I would say it beat every broker if you don't trade standard lot.
