What I missed in this last trade was very important. And my mentor threatened to kick my ass if I do it again.

I got a good signal and it did move in my favor over 20 pips. However... I was looking at M5 chart.

And you should always keep an eye on the high TF charts - at least H1.

What you see there is that the 61.8% retracement was right around my stop level. and we know that once we are too close to a Fib level on a major time frame we are very likely to at least test it.

Then I got another signal to sell @ 1.5650 which would've been the correct entry.

Moral of the story - a little patience goes long way...

My method gives me signals too early sometimes as it is a leading indicator and I need to be patient and await for confirmation.

For the start of the week I took a Jacko type of trade...

I am long EUR/USD @ 1.5490 with a 100 pips trailing stop.

Sorry I couldn't post here I called in to make the order since I had no PC near me.

Out of the Jacko style trade @ 1.5511. I will wait to see if I can reenter again at a better price.

If all that fails reshort @ 1.5580

MOVE SL to BE + 2 as soon as 15 pips in profit

this was a bad call and a bad execution...

but that's what this journal is all about documenting the good with the bad so we can learn to avoid the bad.

I am done and not touching the markets for awhile.

Thanks... it seems that market doesn't agree at the moment.
I have a plan for any of the outcomes.

rationale for the close - well I don't expect asian session to move much and I don't want to leave the order unattended. (even though these are the ones I make the most profit on)

I still find it hard to keep the trade open with initial SL and TP.

I have a very small account at the moment and I like to scoop 20 pips here and there but this will have to stop very soon as I plan to go full time with a much bigger account.

everyone in this bussines need a mentor to achieve sucess.

Sorry I got stuck in something and couldn't post on time.

I am thinking about creating an indicator that would update my trades on a website instantly that way I don't have to worry about posting them on time.

2 trades I entered cause I believed in it

SHORT GBP/JPY @ 1.9981

This can go far far far down but we never know.

SL was bigger as this is a really big target

SL was 2.025

Now took profit for one and moved the other to BE + 2.

SL is 1.9983
and took profit for 24 pips
