it is bearish, that was just a bounce. 209.65 is pretty tough. took us ages to breach yesterday to the upside, now it's going to be tough as support.

i will short as soon as i get confirmation. otherwise i'll hold on to me longs a bit more.

I am running few diferent systems. scalp on 2min. LSR on 1h, and testing another system on 4H. All the time I am having long and shorts. BUt, but.. the CRAPPER ...hmmm... that''s something.

Maybe just be a retrace....nothing is 100% sure especially with the market tendancy of reacting to Bernanke talk but the charts look short at least for now. With news like they just had it would be bizarre for FBP to rise.....but of course we all know anything can happen....

Seems to be coming down again

1. do you take a re-entry if price crosses gan against the 50 ema and then crosses back in agreement with it.

2. did you say you use this with gbpusd as well? what is your t/p s/l that you use?

This thing is not going down.
No news event is going to do it.
Need an earthquake or other catastrophe.
(I'm not even sure a bank failure would bring it down)
All GBP news bad. GBP/USD rally. Probably priced in.
USD/YEN strong. I just don't see a downside.

well. common sense is an essential part of this system. this system, under no circumstances, cancels out all the other good technical analysis. for example; i did have a signal earlier to close my longs before at 209.93 at 12am GMT, but i didn't do so because i thought price has to close below that if we should have a reversal. m30 gann did cross back upwards ABOVE DP, and of course i would add another long. BUTTTT i was asleep

yes, this works really nicely with cable. we actually had a sell signal 30 mins ago. but i didn't add an shorts BECAUSE 1.9500 is where cable's rally started, and like i said to a participant here, cable usually BOUNCES from there.

see, all it takes is common sense (collective knowledge that i have learned from here, and lots of things i noticed about the 2 pairs)

this system is VERY good for breakout confirmation. u should try it out

If GU rally, UJ will likely go down. So, you don't see a downside, does that mean you see an upside? It's more unlikely, I would say.
