DislikedAnd do you think, that, if you would abolish all the controlling bodies, we would have a better world?
All these nice isms always forget to take into equation the irrational and stupid behaviour of humans.
Individualism is a very nice thing, when people behave like they should according to the positivistic mindset, but they don't and a raging individualism (as the marketing sees it anyway) has brought us to the point where we are now, and will probably bring us to the brink of destruction.
Individualism and capitalism is nice when you have an educated (also philosophically) and sane population, but the maturity of most people reminds me rather of little children, that try to fulfill their materialistic dreams and wishes no matter what, then I see a little problem.
In capitalism the worst of people is brought to the surface, which does not mean, that collectivism is good.
Man itself is the problem.Ignored
The controlling bodies are groups of people. Since people are irrational and stupid as individuals, does forming a group of them and giving them broad authority to control things seem the best to you? Are are you implying that those in control are the rational, mature and smart, with the collective good in their minds, while us the controlled are the irrational, stupid and materialistic?
As for "man is the problem", i am sorry but I have nothing against man. I happen to believe that humans are awesome and for all their weaknesses and urges, when they use their power of reason they reach to great heights
