MetaTrader is gone!

So I put my Alpari MeteTrader folder in the "public" folder of my computer so I could share it then when I put it back, everything is gone. I just copy and pasted. I had three accounts, one live and two demo and now all I have is an older account (don't understand that). I can still login to my live account, obviously, but templates, EA's, indicators, etc are all gone. I'm absolutely baffled. Where could they have all gone? I certainly didn't delete anything. Can anyone help me out with this? I would very much appreicate ANY assistance.

Check Your recyleBin, and if that doesn't work, then restore Your computer to an earlier time.

Did you cut and paste this stuff into a public folder with full read/write privileges accessible to anyone? No backup?

Offhand I'd say some one deleted it or cut and pasted it into their own personal folder. Do you know who had access to it?

I did this all in the span of like 2 minutes. It was only accessible to our private network. I actually thought about restoring to an earlier date, like suggested in the other reply. I'll give it a go and see what I can get. Thanks
