Yes, but it's more obvious on the RSI and Momentum

I set qqe @ 1... the signal line equates to rsi 14ish but with the added imput of a crossoveer signal.

Almost right there abman4444, the divergence was actually here (see my chart).

Remember, the price must make a higher high and the oscillator must make a lower high for bearish divergence.

I caught this one just in time. Lost power for 12 hours just after I entered the trade too. Nice to get back online with + pips

I wonder why my chart and divergence doesn't look like yours ?

is it the stoch settings or broker or something else ?

I also see bull divergence on daily and weekly
where is Emda?anyone knows?

No offence meant here....

But I would only consider that as Bullish Divergent if MACD has crossed Zero line to the downside finally having a Higher high price and and a Lower High Oscillator.

As it is.... the mound of MACD is not yet complete.. It is very possible that price may still go higher and MACD create a higher mound making that Divergence you see now disappear. and causing you to enter a wrong trade.

the divergence is between 2 straight line and to tell you I use an indicator and the indicator tell me where divergence occur thts only its function.
p/s:im a newbie in this technique thats why I use specific indicator with auto recognication divergence.

true, I use RSI, momentum overlayed and stoch in separate window, but always check confirmation with price action and... almost 95% with trading hours....

Here's what your chart should have looked like abman4444.

Your stochastic settings are different to mine, but the bearish divergence is still visible in both of our charts.

Bearish Divergence
Higher highs in price and lower highs in the oscillator

Bullish Divergence
Lower lows in price and higher lows in the oscillator

Not sure about that indicator B@by. The chart GBP/USD chart you posted actually shows hidden divergence.

It also starting to form bearish divergence with the higher high in the chart and the lower high in the indicator. This is not completely formed though and could change.

Regular/Classic Bearish Divergence
Higher highs in price and lower highs in the oscillator means the current up trend could be turning down (bearish)

Regular/Classic Bullish Divergence
Lower lows in price and higher lows in the oscillator means the current down trend could be turning up (bullish)

Hidden Divergence

  1. Lower highs in price and higher highs in the oscillator suggest a continuation of the down trend.

  2. Higher lows in price and lower lows in the oscillator suggest a continuation of the up trend.
