I am short on both gbpchf and gbpjpy ....

GBPCHF was a sweet entry on Friday so i have some nice pips in the bank.

However lets not count the chickens before the eggs are hatched. This could all be part of the game that has been played over the last 2 weeks.

ODL just opened at 209.10 then immediate drop to 207.53.

So gap is only 15 pips on my MT4 platform.

Weird...

Any comments or other observations on this ?

darn, my broker just opened at 207.50, banked some pips there

I'm using FXCM and I couldn't close my positions on my platform...Grrrrrrrrr!
I just had to phone them up and get them to do it which by that time the price was 207.76.

plus they dont want u to open any trade cause my spread in GJ right now between 14 to 19 this is crazy what happend to normal spread like 6 !

Yep that's what I was thinking. It's tough enough out there without them trying to rob you of your profits! I took a risk and bought back in but like you say the spread was 16 pips. I'm showing profit now although it looks like the price might be stalling.....

We have had a missive move down .... GBP driving the move. I have been searching for news out of the UK.

Reversal candle 5 min here

I think 400 pip drop overnight. I would NOT be going long
