Also, medium impact news coming out in one hour and 39 minutes. Definitely shorting this one.
EDIT: Nvm, guys. Found out it was only an interest. Not triple.

I guess we wont be seeing a close below Daily Pivot so the next target would be 209.35 and up. Man! my shorts are bleeding Msniper i know you said you were short too so I guess there are some bears still lurking around. Dell came out with better then expected results so could be a green start for DOW tomorrow. R.I.P Bears

still might drop when tokyo opens there some jap news coming out in an hour lets hope it's all super super good and is enough to push geppy down for us.

And here we are, with a solid break above that pesky 207.70 level, as noted earlier.

Price has not come from below and closed above this level since Jan 22 this year. Every attempt to do so has failed as 2nd chart shows.

When it did break on the 22nd, within 3 days it had climbed to 214, ranged for a couple weeks, then began the BIG FALL to new Lows. And then from there to here again.

Lots of different things going on this time, and I'm inclined for the big fall. I don't think we'll see the same highs this time, but I think the 209.50 area is certainly fair game with this break. The timing is the key as has been mentioned earlier by someone. We shall see.

So in regards to dj-30 we had that 38.2 fib retrcement to 12720 zone that I have been looking for, we completed a three day up cycle and may well continue with the downslide of last week

The thing that I am seeing in the gJ now is massive bearish divergence on the MACD . This should be of am major concern to any longs.

I did get caught by this move today and am currently 170 pips in the hole ( unlike me to allow this kind of draw down) , but i see The same thing your friend sees , why did the GJ do nothing when the dj dropped 600 points last week .... mmm .. that has to make you stop and ponder.

Well that lower consumer confidence helped pushed GBP down a bit. Let's see if JPY news is positive then we really are sitting good!

I knew you would read that since you are in the same league as Gene22. Probably makes more sense to you than myself. I see this divergence on 4HR and Daily as well. But wonder how long it will take to play out.
Matter of fact it seems to have intensified on the 4HR chart. I am short from 207.80 (and above from the last bull move) area and will hold unless we get a close above 209.20.

There is supposed to be an announcement tomorrow concerning Libor rate and the big US investment banks close out their quarters and of course it is the end of the month so I expect some volatility.

But it seems like no matter the demise of the US economy and European as well that the equity markets just ignore and continue to rise.

Makes me wonder if the commodity bubble is actually a smokescreen for the equity bubble that I see.

I have been trading for over a year and have never seen this much divergence between the G/Y and DJIA (DJ-30).

Seems to me like it owes !

But you got me all nervous with this daily bar.

Has not closed this high, even when the 207.50 area breached.

Mine closes in 46 mins. Doesn't look so good for bears.

Last 3 were (all close numbers)
04/18 = 207.10
04/28 = 207.28
05/02 = 207.80
05/29 = ???????

Although the last time we had a 3 day run like this it tanked 800 pips the following 5 days. So go figure.
Make me wonder if this is a headfake or a true Bull breakout. Guess we will see.....
